How this website handles your information
What we collect
This website collects information only when you choose to send it — through the admission enquiry form, the contact form or the careers form. That means your name, your telephone number, an email address if you give one, the class you are asking about, and whatever you write in the message box. Job applications also include the CV you attach.
What we do with it
Enquiries go to the school office so that someone can call you back. Job applications go to the management. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell this information, share it with anyone outside the school, or use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Admission enquiries are kept for the current and following academic session. Job applications are kept for one year so we can contact you when a matching position opens. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by calling the office.
Cookies
This site sets a session cookie so the forms work correctly and so administrators can stay signed in. If Google Analytics has been enabled by the school, it also sets its own cookies to count visits. No advertising cookies are used.
Photographs
Photographs of school events are published here and on our social media accounts. If you would prefer that your child does not appear in them, tell the school office in writing and we will honour that.
